Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, customers must submit a return request and ship the item with a valid tracking number within 7 days from the date the order was delivered.

Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and placed in the original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at decensbarong@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped to the following address:
J’s Collection Building, Christianville Subdivision, Brgy. Concepcion Ibayo, Lumban, Laguna, Philippines

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will cover the product value only. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Returns submitted beyond 30 days from the delivery date will no longer be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, jewelry items such as earrings and ear cuffs are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns on custom-made, personalized, or special-order items.

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or involve hazardous or flammable materials are not eligible for return. Please contact us if you are unsure about your item’s eligibility.

Sale items and gift cards are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.


Exchanges

If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend returning the original product (subject to approval) and placing a new order separately. This ensures faster processing and availability.
